Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawl period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party commissioned by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the (last) goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us:

inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery we offer). For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original Transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement to

to be returned or handed over. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
End of Right of withdrawal policy
EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, sound and video recordings or computer software that are delivered in a sealed package, provided that the seal was removed after delivery, or for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal was removed after delivery.
